Rednimer respects your right to privacy. Your use of certain Rednimer services and web sites
(referred to collectively as the “Services”) may require Rednimer to collect information from you.
Rednimer only processes this information on servers located in the United States.
The following explains how Rednimer uses information it collects from you.
Information you provide – When you sign up for a Rednimer Account to use the Services, Rednimer may ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address, cell phone number and an account password). This information is not sold or shared with others and is only use to provide the Services as configured under your Account, including sending or delivering email or text messages to yourself or other parties. In an effort to assist Rednimer with data integrity, we ask that you keep your account information updated via the Update Profile option within the website.
Contacting Rednimer – When you send email or other communications to Rednimer, Rednimer may save those communications for future reference.
Logs – When you access the Services, Rednimer will record that you visited the website, including, but not limited to, such information as your web request, IP address, browser type and the date/time of the request. When you utilize the Services from your account, Rednimer will maintain a log of requested Services, including, but not limited to, service requested (e.g. text or email reminder), intended recipient, date/time of reminder and date/time of event.
Interfaced sites – Rednimer may offer access to the Services via other web sites via an approved interface. Rednimer may collect information from these other sites to process your requests. Rednimer bears no responsibility for any information entered into these other sites and you should only use sites you trust.
Currently, Rednimer only uses your personal information for the reasons described above. If, at a future date, Rednimer
chooses to use this information for a different purpose, Rednimer will not use your information until it has obtained your
affirmative consent to use it. If Rednimer were to be merged with, acquired by or sell its assets to another entity, Rednimer
will provide notice prior to transfer to the other entity as well as provide the new entity’s privacy policy.
Rednimer reserves the right to share your personal information if required by law, regulation or as required by a government entity or legal proceeding.
Rednimer reserves the right to share aggregated data that does not contain personally identifying information, including the number of accounts on Rednimer, the number of daily service requests created or performed.
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If changes are significant, notice of the new policy will be prominently displayed on the Rednimer web site.
