Rednimer reserves the right to review, prescreen or remove all or any Content determined to be Offensive Content. You agree that by using the Services you may be exposed to Offensive Content and that Rednimer bears no responsibility for Offensive Content. Rednimer agrees that it retains no right or interest in any Content that you create, display or transmit as part of the Services.

Rednimer may, at any time, terminate it agreement with you to use the Services, if you have breached any provision in this agreement or Rednimer is required to do so by law.

You expressly agree that your use of the Services is your responsibility and Rednimer provides the Services “as available”. Rednimer provides no guarantee or warranty that the Services will always be available or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely or accurate. You agree that Rednimer will not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred from the Services being utilized, unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. You agree that if your use of the Service to send Content results in third party service charges, Rednimer will not be held liable for these charges.
